Disclaimer: Trading Assistants are experienced eBay users available to help you sell your items on eBay. Trading Assistants operate their own businesses independent of eBay. They are not employees, consultants, or independent contractors of eBay Inc. They are not endorsed or approved by eBay. The execution of the terms of this agreement must comply with the Terms of Agreement currently in effect between eBay Inc. and the Trading Assistant. All business transactions in connection with this contract are between the above named Consignor and the eBay Trading Assistant (Seller). All disputes are to be settled between these two parties. By acceptance and execution of this agreement, both parties agree to hold eBay Inc. harmless in any disputed activity relating to this agreement. Both parties release ebay Inc., from any claims for damages.
The item(s) included in this agreement will be listed on eBay (www.ebay.com) by Computer Corner. (See attached exhibits). All aspects of the transaction will be conducted under the eBay User ID compucorner.
Computer Corner will list sellers item(s) for a period of 7 days. If item(s) does not sell we will re list for another 7 days. At the end of the auction and the full 14 days, if your item has not sold, Consignor will be responsible for picking up your items within a 15 day time frame of auction close date. If items are not picked up they will become the property of Computer Corner to dispose of in any manner that we deem appropriate.
If warranty was applied to the auction item sold, funds will not be released to Consignor until warranty with the buyer has expired. Upon final completion of sale all fees that apply will be deducted and a check will be mailed or funds will be deposited in Consignor Paypal account.
Fee Structure for eBay Trading Assistant Computer Corner
Computer Corner charges a flat percentage rate of 38% against the total selling price of each item. In addition, Consignor will be charged the eBay commission rate charges and Paypal charges for all insertion fees and final sales costs.
These charges will be deducted from the selling price and the balance will be sent to the Consignor either by check or deposit into Paypal account.
Items that do not sell within the specified time frame will still be charged eBay fees, paid to Computer Corner by the Consignor.
